Samantha Ratti
Samantha Ratti is a proud member of the Métis Nation and a dedicated Indigenous education coordinator at the New Brunswick Indigenous Career College (NBICC). Her work focuses on advancing educational opportunities and equity for Indigenous students, while strengthening cultural identity and community connection.
Samantha brings experience in program development, student support, and cultural facilitation. At NBICC, she works closely with students and faculty to ensure that Indigenous perspectives are embedded throughout the learning process. She is especially passionate about empowering youth through experiential learning and promoting pathways to careers in environmental science, health, and social services.
As an active member of USNN’s advisory network, Samantha supports initiatives that blend education with environmental and cultural awareness—helping shape a future where Indigenous knowledge is respected and celebrated.
