Join USNN for an interactive, low-tech workshop exploring a proposed educational initiative aimed at empowering youth, educators, and grassroots leaders with the knowledge and tools to advance clean fuel awareness and climate justice in New Brunswick.ย
This hands-on session will feature print-based, group activities adapted from the programโs draft curriculum, inviting participants to explore clean energy scenarios, reflect on community experiences, and connect clean fuel literacy with Indigenous knowledge, youth leadership, and climate action.ย

How do we reconnect with nature in a fast-paced, tech-driven world? This sensory-based workshop introduces USNNโs โNature Through Our Sensesโ programโan immersive approach to environmental education that engages all five senses in fostering ecological awareness, curiosity, and mindfulness.ย
Through guided examples and interactive discussion, participants will explore how sensory engagement can enhance learning across educational, community, and family settings. The workshop also considers how AI and digital learning are shaping our understanding of nature, and how outdoor learning can balance that shift.ย
