United Spirit Nature Network (USNN) is proud to participate in LSF’s Climate Action Youth Forum on October 29, 2025, at the University of Moncton, where we will deliver our interactive workshop Fueling the Future: Youth-Led Clean Energy Awareness for Climate Justice.
Following a successful debut at a recent Social Forum, this workshop continues our mission to inspire youth to think critically about clean energy solutions and their role in shaping a sustainable future.
Led by environmental scientist and educator Sama AlMaarofi, alongside Masah Douabul, USNN’s Youth Engagement Coordinator, the session invites students to take part in a hands-on exploration of real-world energy choices. Through scenario-based activities, participants will consider how transitions to biofuels, hydrogen, or electric systems can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote climate justice.
The workshop goes beyond learning; it is about action. Students will leave equipped with tools and ideas to lead clean energy initiatives in their own schools and communities, from organizing awareness campaigns to proposing green energy projects.
The Climate Action Youth Forum brings together youth from across New Brunswick to engage, equip, and empower them to become leaders in local climate solutions. USNN is honored to contribute to this important dialogue, championing Indigenous-led and youth-driven pathways toward a cleaner, more sustainable tomorrow.
